What is

Fatigue

Fatigue is more than just feeling tired; it's a persistent lack of energy and motivation that can significantly impact your daily life. In order to treat fatigue, we need to understand where it is coming from. Is there something draining your energy? Is your body not making enough energy? Or is there something in the way of your body feeling energetic? There can be a whole host of underlying factors such as nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, thyroid health, mental health, lifestyle habits and more. We don’t want to stimulate you to have more energy, creating a reliance on whatever is doing that, but rather encouraging the body to start making enough energy to feel vital again, by addressing the underlying issues.

Treatment options

We start with a comprehensive assessment of your current state of health to identify any underlying causes of fatigue, including thyroid dysfunction, adrenal fatigue, and sleep disorders. 

We then look at nutritional interventions that will help the body to start making enough energy to feel yourself again and/or will reduce the drain on your energy. This, in combination with using powerful herbal medicine that can help the body adapt to stress, re-regulate the nervous system and improve adrenal function.

In combination with this, we also look at lifestyle modifications focusing on stress management techniques, dietary patterns, sleep hygiene, daily movement habits and plenty more.
